Foraging Tours - Approx. 2 hours of walking and/or standings (accommodations can be made available)

What to bring: water bottle, comfortable walking shoes, and dress for the weather.

What to expect:  Spring = greens, shoots, and flowers! Join us on this seasonal jaunt into our woods to find wild edible and medicinal species of plants and fungi. We will discuss helpful identification tips, ethical foraging practices, and how to prepare/store the harvest. At the end, visitors will receive a handout with several common wild foods found in this region and beyond.    

Rain Policy:

All of our events have indoor rain plans as backups in case of adverse weather. Please dress accordingly and bring rain gear if the forecast looks to be really wet!

Refund Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation to one of our events then please let us know, at the latest, 48 hours before the scheduled time. If an unexpected emergency occurs then please let us know ASAP. For both options we can offer you the opportunity to attend a future event or receive your money back.
