2023 Retreat at The Mountain

Let's Retreat! And Eat! And Relax!

March 3 - 5, 2023

Join TVUUC members and friends for a low-key weekend on top of Little Scaly Mountain in scenic Highlands, NC. All ages welcome. Weather-permitting, there will be a bonfire with s'mores and opportunities to walk the labyrinth, explore the premises, and plenty of time to get to know each other better!

About 

Weather depending, we have plans to explore The Mountain including the fire tower, the labyrinth, and the lake area. If farm staff is available, we can get a tour of the Many Hands Peace Farm. We can peruse The Mountain's library and relax on Meditation Rock or one of the decks and admire the views. Feel free to bring any small craft projects and we can meet in one of our assigned meeting spaces to relax with coffee/tea/crafting. Also weather dependent, we plan to have a bonfire with s'mores on Saturday night. There is also an opportunity for social hour before dinner Friday and Saturday.
