The Mountain Forest to Table Dinner,   Sunday July 30th 5:00-8:00 pm.    We are calling it Boots & Denim, so come casual, rain or shine.

Following are details 

On this Sunday evening, you will enjoy an organic culinary experience by The Mountain's outstanding farm chefs, and you will learn how The Mountain has become a valuable resource to the Highlands Community through the expansion of its Farm (thanks to supporters) and its upcoming partnerships with other local farmers to bring fresh organic food to the Plateau.

At the Forest to Table Dinner, you will have the opportunity to connect your dinner with the origins of the food.  We are foraging locally from The Mountain Farm, and for the first time, was are partnering with other local farms to add meat and additional organic produce to the menu.  Come learn with us about local foods and celebrate our local organic farmers.  With this enhancement to the menu, please understand that the registration price is slightly higher than previous dinners.  To compliment the experience, our wine selections from around the world are clean-crafted with no artificial additives and delicious (we can attest!).  The wine for this event is underwritten for your enjoyment.  In the future, we will determine how to include wine in the price of dinner.

Join us, as friends of The Mountain, to engage in conversation over wine and dinner on a grand Farm Dinner Table beautifully set with blooming flowers.  Come casual... Boots and Denim!  We will start promptly at 5:00 for a short walking Farm Tour, with Dinner to follow under the big tent in the field.  We suggest arriving around 4:30 and follow the American Flags to parking where you can catch a short golf cart uber ride to the Farm.  Wine will start pouring as soon as you arrive.
