Retreat Focus: Paramita tradition of Mahamudra (Perfection Vehicle Perspective of the Great Seal) by first Penchen Lama Lobsang Chogyen. Much of this retreat will be held in Noble Silence. Noble Silence ends each day at 4:30pm.
Suggested Readings: "The Gelug/Kagyu Tradition of Mahamudra" by H.H. The Dalai Lama & Alexander Berzin. "Mahamudra - How to Discover Our True Nature" by Lama Thubten Yeshe.
