Unless otherwise superseded by a specific retreat cancellation policy*, the following cancellation policy applies.

• Cancellation 30+ days before event: Payments received minus a $35 per person administration fee

• Cancellation 1-29 days before event: Payments received minus a $60 per person administration fee

• Send us an email by selecting Cancel Registration from the dropdown list on our Contact Us page.

• No refund is available if a participant cancels on arrival day or fails to attend a registered program.

*Singles will be comped at double occupancy rate during Covid-19 in 2020.

Cancellation policy will be overridden in 2020 for any reason at request of participant due to pandemic. 

The Mountain reserves the right to return to standard policy for 2021.
