2020 MountainCamp Refund/ Donation Request From
Dear MountainCamp Family,
We continue to think about each of you during this time. We are continuing to work diligently to preserve The Mountain experience that so many of all ages hold dear to their hearts. We understand that many families are experiencing hardships, unknowns and general anxiety during this pandemic. MountainCamp has been an anchor each summer for so many families for the past 41 years and even if we can not physically be together this summer, we will be together again soon. The Mountain will be waiting with open arms and healing spirit when the time comes that we can gather again.
If you need a refund as soon as possible please call the office and our staff will be happy to assist you in completing the refund process.

Otherwise please use this form below to formally request a refund for your child's 2020 summer camp registration fees. This form will allow us to be sure to double check on your refund. Refunds will be processed as they come in, you should expect to see the refund money in your account within two weeks of submission.
All MountainCamp cancellations are open to a full refund, including deposit.
If you are requesting a full refund, we are asking if we can keep $5 to help us cover credit card processing fees.
You may also request some or all of your refund to go towards The Mountain in the form of a tax deductible donation as we continue to work toward reopening and offering The Mountain experience when it is safe to do so.
We have also added an option for a portion of your refund to be used to set up a Mountain Membership for an individual or family membership for this year.
All refunds will be returned via the method of payment the purchase was made with.
